What to expect

Before: Arrive with your hair dry and styled the way you usually wear it — it helps your stylist see how your hair really lives.

During: Most color services run 90 minutes to 3 hours. We'll keep you comfortable with snacks, drinks, and Wi-Fi. Bring something to read or just enjoy the quiet.

After: Wait 48 hours before your first wash, use color-safe shampoo, and book a gloss every 6–8 weeks to keep your color saturated.

Balayage is designed to grow out beautifully — most clients book a refresh every 12–16 weeks, with a quick gloss appointment in between to keep tone fresh.
Yes — free 15-minute consultations are available in-person or by video call. We strongly recommend one before any major change so we can plan the right approach.
We ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price; deposits for color services are non-refundable but transferable.
For at-home care, absolutely — bring questions about what's in your current routine. For in-studio services, we use our professional product line for the best, most consistent results.
